Phase 2 Dining and Entertainment is well known for providing a fun, safe, and entertaining atmosphere in which to enjoy great food, music, dancing and friends. In order to assure this atmosphere is maintained, the following policies are strictly enforced.
General Admission Policy
A picture-ID is required for admission.
You must be age 21 or up to be admitted into the club unless otherwise noted.
We enforce a NO RE-ADMITTANCE policy. When you leave the club, you must be ready to leave the premises.
Dress Code
Our dress code will vary depending on the event and other circumstances. The specific dress code will be noted in our event schedule, and is defined below. Attending Phase 2 is a social event. Please dress to fit the occasion.
General Dress CodeCoats are not permitted in the club. Coats may be checked upon admission for a nominal charge. Shirts hanging below wrists or pants pockets must be tucked into pants. You will be asked to leave if your shirt is not kept tucked-in. You may not be admitted if wearing the following items:
- Sweats or athletic wear, torn or soiled clothing
- Profanity and non-commercial logos on clothing
- Shirtless vests, jackets, muscle shirts or tank tops on men
- Excessively baggy clothing. Pants pockets must be visible!
We may deny admission to any person for any reason at our discretion and based on individual circumstances. Adhering to the above guidelines alone does not ensure you are dressed properly. Proper dress depends on the occasion. Management may modify the dress code according to seasonality, promotions and types of entertainment. If in doubt, dress up or ASK US
Please be attentive to any items that may be a used as a weapon, including a pocketknife. Management may search anyone or scan anyone with a metal detector at anytime. If security finds any item that appears threatening, you will be asked to leave the premises.
Event Specific Dress CodesIn addition to the general dress code above, the following codes may be in place during specific events as noted in our event schedule.

- Dress comfortably, but please do not dress sloppy or indecent.
- Impress Dress
- Collared shirts required. No hats or headgear allowed.
Ticket Info & Policies
Get your tickets in advance before they sell-out! The most affordable way to buy tickets is in-person, in cash, and in-advance from our box office. For convenience, you may also buy during business hours at (434) 846-3206x5, 24hrs at (800) 514-3849x2 or online at Phase2Club.com. If any tickets are available the day-of, these tickets are typically the most expensive.
Phone and online orders may be subject to a convenience fee. To avoid fees, please purchase in-person, in-cash from our Box Office during business hours. To minimize fees, please please call our Box Office during business hours or purchase Online selecting the "Print at Home" ticket delivery option. 24 hour Call Center orders have the highest fees. We strive to serve you better by increasing ticket purchase options and convenience with minimal convenience fees. These additional options are provided by a 3rd party company, eTix, which we have found to provide the best balance between service and fees. Like all of us, they have bills to pay too and these fees are how they pay them.
Ticket availability will be indicated in the Entertainment Schedule. We will not accept personal checks. If your credit or debit card is declined, your ticket reservation will be canceled. We will attempt to contact you prior to cancellation in order to resolve the issue. Please make sure you provide a valid phone number when reserving tickets. If after several attempts we are unable to reach you, your ticket reservation will be canceled. When purchasing tickets through our Box Office, your credit card will not be charged until 2 days before the show. Our box office will not mail tickets due to the liability issues that might arise if you do not receive them in time for the performance. Your name will be placed on our will call list at the door the night of the show. Please bring a valid ID.
** All Ticket Sales are Final**
No Refunds or Exchanges (except if a concert is cancelled). Refunds must be obtained from the Point of Purchase.
Virginia Alcohol Beverage Control
Phase 2 Dining and Entertainment is licensed by the State of Virginia to sell beer, wine and liquor on-premise. Alcohol beverages are provided to meet the expectations of our adult guests. However, Phase 2 Dining and Entertainment strictly enforces Virginia's ABC laws through the following policies, as required under the terms of our license:
- You must be at least 21 years of age to order or consume alcohol beverages
- Intoxicated persons will not be admitted into the club
- No beverages may be consumed in the parking lot
- No outside beverages may be brought onto the premises
- No beverages may be taken outside the building
- No one may consume alcohol beverages after 2am
- Indecent exposure is not permitted
- Fighting is not permitted

Uniformed and plain-clothed security personnel and other staff are present throughout the club. Plain-clothed Law Enforcement Officers are also frequently present.
Phase2 Dining and Entertainment staff may refuse to sell alcohol beverages to any person for any reason. If you are becoming intoxicated, you will not be served additional alcohol beverages.
Be responsible when consuming alcohol and please use a designated driver. Cab services are also available. A hotel is within walking distance. Don't hesitate to ask for assistance!

ID Policy
You must carry your identification on you at all times while a patron at Phase2 Dining and Entertainment. You must present your ID at the door. Be prepared to show your ID at any time to any bartender, wait staff, security, or manager who requests it.
Only a passport, military ID, DMV ID card or front-view driver's license will be accepted. College IDs and employee IDs are not acceptable. Side view IDs are not acceptable. No reentry is permitted and no outside food or beverages are allowed. You must adhere to the dress code to be admitted.
Concert Dining Policies
Our restaurant is open to everyone 7 days a week, including concert nights. You do not need a concert ticket to enjoy our restaurant.
If you're attending a concert, purchase a dinner entrée at Phase 2 Dining and Entertainment and you may enter the club when you finish your meal. Get your seats early! You may order from the full menu in our restaurant and then enter the club after you have finished your meal. Or, if you purchase the club buffet, you may eat in the club before the club is opened to general admission.
If you are not purchasing the buffet or dinner in the restaurant, you must wait until the club doors open to enter. Food may be purchased in the club from the club menu.
General Admission Policies still apply except as noted above.
Inclement Weather
In case of inclement weather, please give us a call before you head out. We may be closed! On occasion, our bands get snowed-in but we’re not. So, we may have to substitute with another band or DJ. On concert nights, if the performer makes it to Phase 2, the show will go on regardless of weather. Please drive carefully and please call us first! If a concert is canceled, most likely we will reschedule the show.
Policy Violations
Violation of our policies may result in being asked to leave the premises. Furthermore, you may be barred from the club indefinitely. Failure to leave the premises when asked is considered trespassing.
If you are asked to leave the premise, or you are not admitted due to intoxication, tickets and admissions costs will not be refunded.
